All full priced items bought directly from Nudea can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order with the exception of Thongs, Advent Calendars and The Nudea Fit Tape which are final sale and Secret Sets/Secret Sale Items which are exchange or store credit only. Orders placed between 13.11.24 and 20.12.24 will have extended 60 day returns.
We offer UK Returns via Royal Mail tracked for all orders taking store credit, or exchanges. We'll also give you 15% of your order value on top if you opt for store credit. For all other orders returned a processing fee of £2.95 will be deducted from your refunded value. We also are unable to offer free returns to customers outside of the UK but we will accept returns/exchanges from international customers as long as postage is paid for by the sender.

STRICT POLICY:
We will NOT accept returns on Thongs if you return these, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. This is for hygiene and safety purposes. Returned thongs cannot be resold and therefore will be rejected, unless proven faulty upon receipt.
We will also be unable to offer refunds for Advent Calendars as these are limited edition, The Nudea Fit Tape or The Slouchy Socks.
However, we accept returns on all other briefs and bras excluding Secret Sets/Secret Sale Items which can only be exchanged for another size or replaced with store credit, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and still have the tags and hygiene sticker on*.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the product is proven faulty.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
We will notify you as soon as we process any refunds.
If you cannot see the funds in your account you must contact your credit card company and bank, it can take up to 30 days before your refund is fulfilled. If you are still having problems, please contact us on support@nudea.com
*Some of our new collection brief styles do not have hygiene stickers on them. Where a hygiene sticker is not on the brief please take extra care and try the briefs over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on.
